Product Categories: StelterPartners initially embraced two product categories: educational furniture and high-density mobile storage. Additional categories have been added and more will be added in the future. StelterPartners, as part of the company’s nature, will have the inclination to evolve as the marketplace changes and as new opportunities that fit this business model arise.

 

Product Types: StelterPartners will blend three types of products: Basic Products, a selection of very practical and affordable products that are not ground-breaking, but do offer solid value; Portfolio Products, an array of products that combine features/functionality in innovative ways (e.g. GPS in an automobile); and Innovative Products, representing a new-to-the-world design approach that will become icons for the StelterPartners brand.

Distribution: StelterPartners will use a precisely defined and refined distribution network that has two main channels — the top 100 office furniture dealers in North America and the top 100 architectural and design practices/firms in North America. These two channels include approximately 1,500 sales staff and 1,500 designers and specifiers with an established linkage to and knowledge of these channels and people. StelterPartners will seek no additional distribution.
