Warranty

PartnerStudio extends to the original purchaser, from the date of purchase, a 15 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for PartnerStudio products purchased from and installed exclusively by PartnerStudio or a factory authorized installation company.

The warranty does not apply to any product that is misused, neglected, modified or used in a manner other than its intent. Product purchased from PartnerStudio and installed by other than the aforementioned will carry a 15 year limited warranty for materials only. PartnerStudio will repair or replace, at its discretion, product found to be defective in workmanship or materials. This warranty replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, and we neither assume nor authorize any person to assume for us any other obligation of liability in connection with our furniture. No salesperson or representative has the authority to change or alter any provisions or prices as noted on these pages.
